ROTO COOL S.S. is high performance environment friendly semi synthetic cutting oil. ROTO COOL S.S. is a metal working, long life semi synthetic oil. ROTO COOL S.S. is suitable for all modern machine as well as grinding operation on all ferrous and is alloy metal. ROTO COOL S.S. is formulated with high performance EP additives, corrosion inhibitors and biocides.
Direction of Use :
- ROTO COOL S.S. should be diluted with water in the range of 10:1 to 60:1 depending on the operation, work piece material, and water hardness.
- Always add water in oil never other way.
- Never add product directly to the machine sump and it must be added in emulsion form.
- Always clean the tank thoroughly before fresh charge of emulsion.
- Usage of low chloride water & low hardness water.
